Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using adda's website or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to adda and all of its associated services. The platform operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. These terms apply to the following:
- Creating an account or logging in to adda.
- Using any game, betting, or entertainment service available on the platform.
- Completing any financial transaction, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Browsing the platform's content.
Adda reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Suspension or Closure
Adda may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Evidence of terms violations or fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Use of false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Misuse of systems or software.
User Responsibilities
Each user is fully responsible for all activity conducted on their account. Hacking any part of the platform, using bots, or engaging in any form of dishonest behavior is strictly prohibited.
Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users is not permitted. adda is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on adda are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal requirements are visible after logging into your account. Accurate information must be provided at the time of each transaction.
- First Withdrawal: Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification (KYC) has been completed.
- Bonus Balance: Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Transaction Cancellation: In cases of fraudulent transactions, adda reserves the right to void or withhold the relevant funds.
- Time Limit: Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days, while mobile banking usually processes within 10–30 minutes.

All outcomes from gaming or betting on adda are entirely chance-based. adda makes no guarantee of winnings and accepts no liability for any losses incurred.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between adda and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.
